At Boonen NV, machining is a crucial link in our comprehensive package for mechanical engineering and metal construction. Thanks to our extensive in-house machining department, we can respond quickly, accurately, and flexibly to any request – from small components to large parts with complex shapes.
Our experienced craftsmen combine traditional techniques with modern CNC machines, enabling us to handle both series production and custom work. Every part is manufactured with utmost precision, fully tailored to your specifications and tolerances.
Extensive expertise in machining
We process a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and plastics. Our expertise enables us to manufacture components for our own projects as well as act as a supplier for other industries.
Our machining department is equipped for a wide range of operations:

2. Milling – three-, four- and five-axis CNC machines for precise contours
3. Boring – for precise finishing of large workpieces

We perform turning, milling, and boring operations both conventionally for small, simple parts and using CNC-controlled machines for complex parts.
Our machines
LATHES
We work primarily with CNC lathes suitable for a wide range of dimensions. From smaller precision work to very large components, our machines allow us to respond flexibly to every request.
For example: we can turn parts with diameters up to 2 meters and lengths up to 5 meters, but we are also happy to review larger or non-standard sizes. Thanks to our experience in custom work, we can handle virtually any challenge.
MILLING MACHINES
For milling, we use CNC milling machines and CNC boring machines suitable for a wide range of applications. Our team performs precision machining on workpieces of various shapes and sizes. We work entirely on a custom basis and always assess which approach best suits the specific assignment.
